PK Software’s philosophy in regards to Technical
Support is to service you as near-instantly as possible. We also have one of the
best-trained Tech Support staff in the business. If possible, we like to get
your questions answered on the spot. In the event that it is not, we will ensure
that you get your answers as quickly as we possibly can.

One of the many ways that we can help you is with our Web Interactive software.
It gives our Tech Support staff the capability to access your computer through
the internet.
General Support information:
If you have a current PK Software/PCCA Support contract, you may contact
Technical Support by telephone during office hours to receive the help you need.
To purchase a maintenance contract, please contact PCCA at (800)-331-2498 or contact PK
Software at (435)-753-3486. If you do not have a Maintenance contract, never fear! We will
service you anyway. Please contact 435-753-3486 and we can help you for a nominal fee.
You may purchase a support contract through PK Software/PCCA. A support
contract guarantees that you will have someone to talk to for issues, ideas and
problems!

Additional Support Information
Patches & Updates Registered users may also download free patches that may be
available for their product and version. These updates are available for
download through the PK Software website only. PK Software will
stop issuing updates for a product version once a new version is introduced.
Bug Reports There is no charge at any time to report a bug in the software.
