In the ever-changing landscape of computers, one thing is for certain... What we use today may not be what we use tomorrow. As technologies evolve, so does the hardware and software we use every day in our pharmacies. To help users minimize long term and unexpected expenses, we have created a unique service that will help users minimize downtime that may occur with a computer system.
This service is for users that have an internet connection. For a fee we can connect to your computers through the internet and check the compounding software, backup and restore methods, updates and other items you may have concern with. We will only connect to your computer when we can both be on the computer and the phone. We will be happy to discuss any hardware/software concerns that relate to your pharmacy. The fee depends on the type of services
requested. Note: This service is not covered by your support contract.
