Changes:
1.  In the log of scripts there is a new report type (Rx Ship Date) and a new report filter.  This new report type is designed to print the Rx ship date, Patient ship name, Rx compound date, etc.   The new sort allows to sort the report the the Rx ship date.

2.  The Rx ship report only prints those prescriptions that have an Rx Ship Date entered.

3.  The Rx ship report (selected Rx Ship sort) sorts by Rx Ship Date, then Patient Shipping Name and then by Rx Compound Data.

4.  The Log of Scripts filter (By Patient Date Entered) will also ask for the person's Misc. ID.  If you do not want to add the additional filter type in nothing.   This match on person's Misc. ID field must be an exact match in the database.

5.  A/R:  When creating an invoice there is a new custom feature requested by a pharmacy.   In the formula on the technical tab there is a DISCUSSION button, if you press this it opens an editor where you may type information.    On the invoice there is a new button "Add formula discussion".  If you press this button it will add the information from the formula's discussion box to the invoice.   NOTE:  The formula discussion is stored in rich text, the lines in the A/R/ invoice is simple text so when you enter information in the formula references do not add any special formatting.   The A/R invoice detail lines hold about 60 chars.   Make sure that each formula discussion line is not longer than the 60 chars or they will be truncated.   You only get this feature when you use the A/R auto-charge.

Changes in 2.1.4.9b

1.  A/R:   New statement type.  This prints a payment coupon at the bottom of the invoice.   (2.1.4.9 corrected a spelling error.)

2.  New Insurance Printed Claim form:   Discount Claim Form.  This prints the amount due and the discount amount.

3.  A new patient report.   List patients that have NOT had prescriptions filled by doctor name.  This is a custom report for a pharmacy.

Changes in 2.1.4.10

1.  Online billing:   Certification with EZ DME for 5.1.   Added the Modified(s) to the Online billing->Clinical tab.   Call us if you have questions on the setup.

Changes in 2.1.4.11

1.  ASAP report   If the Rx number was longer than 7 chars it caused the report to be off by one char.  This is corrected.
