RSI Switch is still down due to Change Healthcare Outage. - We have been made aware that RSI's switch is still experiencing connection issues with Change Healthcare's services. This could be impacting some Compounder customers that are still using older versions of the software. RSI is working on restoring their connection to Change Healthcare and we are awaiting any new details from them on this event. *RESOLVED* Billing issue due to Change Health - *RESOLVED* 3/14/2024 Claims submission functionality has now been restored to PK Software. Our team performed a thorough testing of the service upon notification from Change Healthcare that claims submission service was reactivated and connections restored. Please note Change Healthcare has not restored Insurance Lookup/Patient Eligibility Check functionality. We will notify you when it becomes available. Online Training for The Compounder Lab and The Compounder Rx

Good training leads to great results. PCCA - PK software is now offering live, online user training sessions for The Compounder Rx and The Compounder Lab.

Online trainings offer a wide variety of benefits. They only require an internet connected computer and a telephone. If you have a speakerphone and a big screen, an entire room full of people can attend the training. Online training does not require any travel expense and a custom online training session can be scheduled at your convenience. Each training will have a set length depending on the topic to be covered and will have a question and answer session at the end. After attending the training you and your staff will be more confident using The Compounder and will save time with fewer calls to support!
