Changes in the software
Changes in 3.4.2 Build #3 Sept. 9, 2004
1. According to the USP standards you cannot make a compound with an beyond use date/expiration date more than 180 days. For this reason we took out the 365, 720, etc. from the formula ->days to expiration calculation drop down list.
2. Added another No refill message on the prescription label. There is NO REFILLS LEFT and NO REFILLS AUTHORIZED.
3. Added a data export to the PKS Query function. This is double password protected. This allows PK Software to design a query and export the data to an Excel file, Text or an XML file. BLOB data will not be exported.
4. Corrected: Batch labels #80 per page. This did not work properly. It defaulted to the #30 labels.
5. On the A/R module we made it so a user may print the Invoice and the Packing Slip at the same time.
6. ASAP report: We added the capability to submit the actual amount used for a compounded product. Some states require that compounds are submitted with the actual amount of drug used and not the amount dispensed.
7. Correct: Posting a payment in the A/R is now corrected.
Changes in 3.4.2 Build #2 Sept. 1, 2004
1. The PCCA ID field is now on the formula lookup screen. This is both in the formula lookup window and the select formula window.
2. When you use the Create Export button from the formula statistics tab the software will check for a value in the PCCA ID field. The value can be anything, just not blank. If it's blank a message is displayed and then the export will stop.
3. When you use the Create Export button from the formula statistics tab the software will display a message that you MUST use the default PCCA ID file name. Otherwise the import will not work.
