Accounts Receivable - Free with The Compounder Rx
The Accounts Receivable integration is designed to fully integrate with The Compounder Rx software. The Accounts Receivable module allows you to link patients to accounts receivable. You can print several different reports based on customer, account age and other important items.
From the patient’s prescription history screen in the pharmacy system you may press [A/R Charge account] to go directly to the account linked in the A/R. You may also press [A/R Auto charge] to charge a prescription to their account in the A/R. You will also be able to charge a prescription to their account while filling prescriptions.
You can print several different reports based on customer, account age and other important items.
This module is included with The Compounder Rx. This module is a very simple accounting system and does not have many of the features that are included with major accounting systems. If you need the power of a major accounting system, we suggest that you use QuickBooks financial software and then purchase our QuickBooks integration module.
