PK Support
PK Software's philosophy is as near-instant service as possible. We have one
of the best-trained Tech Support staff in the business. Whenever possible, we get
your questions answered on the spot. If it's not, we will ensure that you get your
answers as quickly as we can.
Standard support is included in your license purchase price for 30 days following your purchase.
In order to get support for your installation of The Compounder you must have an active support contract.
All users of the software, whether members of PCCA or not, can purchase a support contract through PCCA/PK support by calling 1-800-331-2498.

Users without active Support: You will be billed per phone call.
- If you do not have an active support contact it may be up to 4 days (usually
between 24 to 72 hours) before a
phone call or email is returned. All incoming calls are prioritized.
Those with an active support contract automatically go to the top of the return
list.

Emergency Support and after hours support for all customers of The Compounder
- Call 1-800-572-5852. Leave a message on the voice mail and a support technician
will be paged.
- The support technician will call you back.
- There is a fee involved using after hours support and it is not covered by your
support contract.
- Emergency / after hours support is only available for those members with a current
support contract.
